would expect, BCP has planned for this contingency. We will be continuing to
support you on an emergency basis while we rebuild our infrastructure. For the
first day or two, you will understand that we will have limited capacity to
respond and so we would ask you only to contact us if your support need is
urgent. We will update this site with new contact information and news of the
rebuilding of our infrastructure, so please check back to the site periodically
to check on progress.
